i
continue to receive notifications of people tagging me in their own diy videos,
showing off their new journal companion. everytime i get to see these my heart
weeps! i've even inspired many other crafty girls to open up their own small
business selling handmade journals as well! i would one day love to follow this
passion in its' entirety but for now i split my time between this and the day
job. it limits my ability to really widen my creative portfolio so progress can
be very slow at times. nevertheless, i wouldn't trade it for the world.
some recent works i just shipped out last week:
my "studio" right now is basically a guest bedroom/office space in my house that
has been thrown into the chaos of a warehouse to store pounds upon pounds of
leather, tools, charms, etc and is also used for my many other side crafts and
projects.my third passion project is social media. i've started creating youtube videos may back in highschool during the tube's prime, although it was for my dozen followers (i still loved every minute). i last branched out to tiktok back in 2019 although for many years just posted silly little videos and on no matter of consistency. over the last 18 months i've really crafted my voice on tiktok and try to inspire others to lean into their childlike wonder by pausing to notice their life as it goes by. whether through dedicated rituals (rituals for sensitive souls) or practicing the art of noticing and getting out into nature as much as humanly possible (on a perfectly splendid __ day).
at the end of the
day...i just love getting to be creative in any way possible and hope to inspire
others to do the same <3
All my love,
Swan Princess xx
